What is Offish?
Offish makes travel essentials designed to make your things easier to spot and your travels a little less ordinary.
Our luggage covers help your suitcase stand out from similar looking bags at baggage claim, making it easier to recognise which one is yours. They also add personality to your luggage while helping keep your suitcase clean and protected from dust, dirt and light scratches.
Our luggage tags give you another easy way to make your belongings recognisable, with designs that are made to be noticed.

Why use a luggage cover?
A luggage cover makes your suitcase easier to recognise at baggage claim, adds personality to a suitcase you already own and helps keep it cleaner while travelling.
Offish covers also provide a layer of protection against dust, dirt and light scratches.

Can I create a custom design with Offish?
Yes. If you have your own design idea, artwork, name, nickname, logo or other detail you’d like to use, send it through and we can review it with you.
We’ll check what will work best for the product and print area, and let you know if any adjustments are needed before you order.
For logos or artwork, you’ll need to have permission to use them.
Luggage Covers
What is an Offish luggage cover?
It's a stretchy fabric cover that fits over your existing suitcase. Think of it as an outfit for your luggage that makes it easier to recognise while helping keep the suitcase underneath clean.
How do I choose the right size?
Offish luggage covers come in Small, Medium and Large. Check the size guide on the product page and compare the measurements with your suitcase before ordering.
Can I still use my suitcase handles and wheels?
Yes. The cover has openings at the top and left side so you can access your suitcase handles. Your telescopic handle and wheels remain accessible too.
How does the cover stay in place?
The stretchy fabric fits snugly around your suitcase, while a zipper underneath helps keep the cover securely in place throughout your journey.
Does the cover protect my suitcase?
It helps protect your suitcase from dust, dirt and light scratches while travelling. The cover is not designed to provide impact protection or prevent damage caused by baggage handling.
Will it help keep my suitcase clean?
Yes. The cover creates a layer between your suitcase and the dust and dirt it encounters during travel. When your cover needs a refresh, simply remove it and wash it according to the care instructions.
How do I care for my luggage cover?
Hand wash and line dry. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
What are the covers made from?
Our covers are made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex, giving them the stretch needed to fit snugly around your suitcase.
Will the colours look exactly like they do online?
We do our best to show every design as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to a range of destinations around the world. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout for your location.
International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees, depending on the destination. If any charges apply, they are set by the local authorities and are separate from your Offish order.
UK shipping is coming soon while we complete our VAT registration.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Offish products are made to order, so a little production time is needed before your order ships. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs and the local courier handling the final stage of delivery. Once your parcel reaches the destination country, local processing and final-mile delivery can occasionally take a little longer than expected.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@offishstore.com. Because each product is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@offishstore.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because Offish products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or when the wrong size, colour, product or design was selected.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll help.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what I ordered?
Email us at hello@offishstore.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. We'll review what happened and help find the right solution.
